Pre-Clinical Studies

Dynamic megaceutics is a pre-clinical research laboratory with 100 % accuracy in delivering the result datas with human end points through anatomical and pathophysiological or biomarker level of human diseases. Our test models undergo various assesments which includes phenotype, cytology, biochemistry and expression profiles. High dosage or single dosage screens also performed to evaluate the best performing ligants. We test hundreds of compound on various zebrafish models and provide necessary datas that replicate human pathophysiology. Our study groups contains wild type, established medical compounds (comparator), dose 0.1x, dose 1x, dose 10x and determine dose efficacy curves through various assesments.


ZEBRAFISH MODELLING

The zebrafish which are in good condition are selected and a chemical mutagen is used to induce random point mutation and genotype screens are performed in the progeny to identify the progeny fish carrying a point mutation in gene associated with the desired disease and then the phenotypic screens are performed to further identify the model organism that meets human end points regarding the diseases.

The zebrafish toxicology models are assessed based on time interval upon administration of the test drug as acute and chronic to accurately measure the effects of drug in zebrafish. These toxicology studies includes assessment of structural abnormality, altered growth and functional deficits.

Clinical pharmacology is the study of the test compound/drug and how they affect the body of zebrafish which mimics human body. this means analyzing the effects of established medical compounds, as well as understanding both the beneficial and harmful effects of the drugs.
